Mod Sign up!!

So guys, it's that time again, we need mods. Real mods. Manly mods! CHUCK NORRIS MODS!
So here is the low down on everything you need to know.
We're looking for ONE...possibly TWO good MODS to join the VK: LAS team, here is a resume to fill out, and apply HERE in the open, or if you're shy, send it to my PM box.
Basically, let me explain this "position". Currently, any, and all signups will be given a temporary position where they are tested to see if they can...make the cut. Those who make the initial cut, will then go on to be ACTUAL test application mods, doing things normal application mods do.
First off, the first exam will be to submit your analysis on any application of OUR choosing, be it accepted or not. You treat it EXACTLY how you WOULD treat a REAL application. That means anything you can think of. After you pass this exam, you go onto the second test, where you get real "action". You get to grade an application, but the "deciding" boils down to me or Saki. XD
Basically, the second exam is this, you grade an application, and I come in with a thumbs up. Or a thumbs down (Well, me or Saki). Some things may be omitted (like if you tell a person with an english name to make it japanese. It wont count against you.....Much...)
After this, you're pretty much there. The cream of the crop will be left standing....and you'll either be a mod, or...we'll call you. >_>
So, now for the application you must fill out, these are ALL serious, and you MUST put all your effort into these. D:< I mean it...think before you apply, it'd be sad to see you fail the PRELIMINARIES! Like SHEESH. Oh, and just to be, well, me. Which means bitchy, if you do fail, I'll label its as........ *Ahem*
